Refund policy
Your comfort and trust are sacred to us.
If your Noaré experience feels less than perfect, we’ll make it right.
1. Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

A request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and ethical reasons, used or washed bedding cannot be accepted for return.
3. The Return Process
Simply email us at info@noare.in or message us on WhatsApp within 7 days.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a smooth pickup wherever serviceable.
4. Refunds
After inspection, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days starting from the day the original product is delivered back to Noaré.
For COD orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the rare instance of damage or a wrong product, please share photos within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We’ll replace or refund swiftly, no questions asked.
